 Hi, I wanted to download the Mass Effect 3 soundtrack, which came with the Mass Effect 3: Collector's Edition. When I synced my Xbox Live profile with the Bioware Social Network, the soundtrack was not in my registered game content; only previous DLCs from ME2 and the N7 Warfare Gear from ME3 showed up. My sister bought the Collector's Edition of Mass Effect 3 and she played it first on her account, which doesn't have Xbox Live Gold, just Silver. Without me knowing, she puts the Online Pass code into her account. As expected, I wasn't able to put the Online Pass code into my Xbox Live account afterwards. I don't know if that denied me access to the soundtrack or if I am doing something else wrong. The soundtrack has already been released and I am still having this problem. I've finished the game and I am just dying to have the soundtrack! Any and all suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks!

She will have needed to create an EA account in order to redeem the online pass. That account is the same one that must be used to access the BioWare Social Network and get the content.

EA accounts and BioWare Social Network accounts are now the same thing.

LOL Thanks for both replies. I just live-chatted with an EA "Game Advisor" person and he/she saved me a lot of trouble and gave my account the soundtrack. Turns out my sister's account was never signed into an EA account when she put in the online pass code, therefore making it impossible to sync up her gamertag with an EA or BioWare Social Network account. They suspected it was a glitch or something. Anyway, I'm just happy to have the soundtrack finally! \\*o*/

I registered my game here and entered my online pass code, but the soundtrack is not appearing on the list of my registered game content. Can anyone help?
