I had a Valiant equiped with a the spare clip mod V and the capacity stayed at three rds.

Haven't had a chance to see if this is the case on all SR, but my Valiant's capacity did not improve to 5rds like it should've.

Anyone have this problem with the spare sniper clip mod?  This is a problem in the SP game, not sure about MP.
