Probably Orlais, it's pretty much certain you'll get to visit it at least. I'm still hoping for Tevinter or someplace less French though.

I want more exposed bellies on the woman. Orlais sounds too covered up to me. It isn't like it was made in the USA is it? I don't know if I'm being serious or not but the point is that too prudish isn't a good thing. is it?

I just hope that bioware wises up and uses the mass effect graphics engine i know its not for dragon age but come on you have it at your disposal use it. there is a crazy gape graphically between the two games its embarrassing they made some serious improvements in DA2 over DA1 but the difference between DA2 and MA2 was still pretty noticeable both in the environments and the wardrobes just saying i am by no means a game designer but still if there adapt it and use it the experience would be that much more part of the greatness of MA is that you can visually see the emotion in everything from the environments and the characters reactions so transplanting the engine would be a very sound decision in my opinion

I am still hoping to see more of the Tevinter Imperium in the new game. I see so many opportunities for that. still can't be that excited for Orlais. I suppose when the game is out it will be good nonetheless, but for now I don't care that much for Orlais.

It's Orlais, isn't it? That should be interesting, the culture seems so different from Ferelden/Kirkwall. There'll be a lot less brown and grey, I'm guessing, hah!

I just hope the accents aren't abominable. I think Riordan/Stroud's (and possibly Duke Prosper's) is perhaps the only one that doesn't make me want to jump out of a window. WHO EES DEES MAN, TEEEAGAN?

God yes.

I agree so much! I'd love more forests, mountains, places with lakes and rivers. All sorts of nature, really. That was one thing I really missed in DA2, and liked about the MotA DLC.

Pretty certain the game will be based in Orlais. Considering all the hints given from the Developers, Dragon age 2 and the book "Asunder."

And considering "Enchantment Boy" is heading there, I have a sneaking suspicion this was an early hint for Dragon Age 3 location. No doubt will be seeing both him and his father.

Mike Laidlaw has already revealed the map (at 5:15) that he plans to have DA: "The Next Thing" take place across.

It looks like it will include Fereldan, Orlais, the Free marches, Nevarra, and even the southern tips of Antiva and the Tevinter Imperium.

I would love to see the next game take place in the Tevinter Imperium....Other than DA: O, why is it most RPG's seem to have a problem with the arcane warrior skill. Its like the devs make u pick either warrior or mage. Why cant there be more focus on the combination of both "Arcane Warrior"...HINT DEVS!!!! More focus on Arcane Warrior, like a mage cant use a sword & dress like a knight.
