Hello, as much as I believe this seems somewhat of an unfitting off-topic discussion, I'm unable to find any other location that is willingly to assist on this issue I've been having for the past few "months" or so.
It's related to downloading larger files on the internet, and I'm talking about merely 300mb up to more gigabytes of a download, and I continously recieve the same message, over and over and over again. And it's the following;
- File cancelled: Source file could not be read which is a rough translate I believe from "Källkoden kunte inte läsas". So I'm abit of a loss here, I've been having so much difficulties downloading the ME2 DLC's since some of them are quite large in size, and I really realyl want to dig into them again for nostalgia, but I'm unable to do so.
I haven't found one single solution on the internet so far in how to solve this issue. It seems to be completely unrelated to what browser i'm using, seeing as I've tried on IE, Google Chrome and Firefox (On a PC as well).
If it's of any help, I'm using AVG as my anti-virus, and I'd really on a sidenote would appriciate some information as to how to actually well, close the anti-virus program, seeing as it has no "Disable Anti-Virus//Enable" or well, an on/off switch, it's permamently on, and that's a nagging issue, since I'm getting abit sceptical on it being the issue at hand, but I'm at a loss on what I need to do in ordet to fix this issue.
I'd really appriciate any help I can get. Many hugs and stuff all around.
Help: Source file could not be read. =[
