Just about every game today has been glitchy.

I have been trying to play a Geth Infiltrator, here's some of the randomly occuring issues:

Weapon Mods are randomly not applied. ie instead of 18 rounds, I have 9, even though the ammo upgrade is used.
Equipment used is not active during some missions, ie incendary/cryo rounds used but not on weapon in mission.
Reviving players is sometimes not available, yet the KO'd player isn't dead.
Nuke missiles can't be selected, no matter how many I have or how many times I try to select them.
Invisible fails to work, ie, I was invisible, yet even from a long distance, everyone could see me.
I can't climb ladders.

I've checked my internet connection, done all the usual resets etc and I really don't think it's my PC.  Others have reported random glitches also this weekend.

to sum it up, this weekend has been a waste of equipment, is that why the jumbo equipment pack was offered out?

Please fix this.
