Since playing Mass Effect 3 I have never been able to connect to the EA servers, not once have I been able to successfully connect and as a result none of my listed DLC has ever been authorised.

I contacted EA about this and they gave me a list of ports that they said needed to be forwarded through the gateway of my router:

TCP: 80, 443, 9988, 20000-20100, 22990, 17502, 42127
 
UDP: 3659, 14000-14016, 22990-23006, 25200-25300

So I proceeded to do this, including the online ports ranges stated in the Mass Effect 3 readme file and also created additional rules for TCP and UDP through my AVG firewall to allow access to these ports.

Anyway I've done everything I possibly can and I still cannot connect to the servers. I've tried the popular fixes suggested on the forum, but none of those have worked and I know this issue seems to have die down, but I would love to know how many other players are still experiencing this problem.

Could someone, (Bioware), please help.

I know how you feel, my issue is still going on. I wish you the best of luck because nobody from Bioware seems to care about us PC players
