I would and I know some fans hate it when an old character is just thrown in but I admired Loghain's character (not what he did at Ostagar, he commited a war crime)

In my save Loghain died, so if he came back in DA3 we'd have bigger concern than the Mage/Templar war... like the Zombie Apocalypse! :D

Maker yes I want to see him again, but only if he unceremoniously decks an Orlesian in the face. (ok not "only" but still yes.)

Naww.. For a lot of people he died in origins. It'd be too weird and hard to place right? I liked his voice though! His voice and Xenon the Antiquarian. Oh those voices. Ohhh..

Sure, if he was kept alive at the end of the Warden's game... of course that would involve multi-game port overs that I'm not sure we're likely to see at this point. I'd like to see it, but I'm not sure what is feasible and I think, if the metrics were available, there would be more people who had him die, either during the fight or to the archdemon, than let him live to the credits. I know that's the case for me personally - MOST times I let Alistair take his head, or take it myself, and when I don't I usually don't try to get him to sleep with my hot apostate mage friend, just because it seems highly unlikely that he would do so - or I feel like he'd be better redeemed by a heroic death than a slightly conspicuous living... too many things about his character are conspicuous by that point, why add another question mark to the man's history when he could simply be remembered as the hero he once was?

He already looks like a mule kicked zombie. If he showed up in subsequent games I played, he'd BE a zombie, I killed him in all but one of dozens of playthroughs, and then I fed him to the Archdemon at the end of that tale (I also had him do the DR and US'ed my Warden cause I figured I'd never play that scenario ever again, and wanted to see all possible endings). But I consider the 'true' ending of that story to have been the "Redemption" one.

So, no, I don't want to see Loghain in subsequent games. Too much handwaving for those who did kill him, but for those who didn't, a cameo (or mention) wouldn't be dealbreaker for me.

Frankly, I don't want to see any old companions come back for future games as full companions. I want a new PC, who's connection to the previous games is minimal (so WHY would they know these people in the first place?), and Loghain tops my list of "people I never want to see in a Dragon Age sequel".

And considering he's already so freaking homely I just want to put a bag over his head, I'd hate to see how he translates to future games.  (Look how badly Alistair, Teagan and Zevran all looked in DA2).

I don't think so, but I would like to hear about him if he's still a Warden in Orlais and the game takes place there.

Xenon the Antiquarian is actually the same as Male Hawke: Nicholas Boulton.

And:

I would LOVE to see him.
Not as companion or any of that suff, but i'd really like him to have a small impact so you gain somthing cool if you were one of the few that kept him alive, but not so important that others feel robbed of content.

He was one of the greatest characters in the series, i'd really love to have him in some kind of quest-giver role or something similar.

Loghain is among my 5 favourite DAO characters:
1. Alistair
2. Loghain
3. Duncan
4. Sten
5. Rendon Howe (Evil, evil ,man)

I'd love to see Loghain, cameo or companion. I don't see a problem with him being a companion - it would be like in ME3: if a companion died, they are replaced or that spot on the crew is never filled. He's a very interesting character, I'd like my protagonist to speak with him more.

I'd also love to have him as an LI. Just saying...

Personally I would have liked him to have had a cameo confrontation with Meredith in DA2. Or gate crashing the Orlesian Hunting Party. That would have given me a good reason to let him live.
As things stand, though, he has never survived in my Origjns playthroughs, either because he was slain at the Landsmeet, or because he asked to take the heroic path and slay the archdemon. I invented a noble warden specifically with the aim of allowing Loghain to survive because I was interested to see what happened and was really impressed by the depth of his character, so that by the end we had gained each other's mutual respect. I gather that if this is not the case you might actually have to force him to take the dive but in my playthrough he begged me not to make him sleep with Morrigan, so I didn't. So on the whole I'd rather he didn't reappear and ruin the previous effect he had on me - after all look what happened to Anders!
