I forget when exactly but yes Liara does sit on Shep's lap briefly to kiss her.  Its the scene when Liara calls Shep a "flatterer".

Indeed. Now in order for me to kill Liara, I have to have very little EMS. I'll doom the Galaxy, but I'll free it of Liara... that's acceptable. :devil:
