If you have the Xbox version it is the full 12 digit UPC code. I got mine to register but had to put in the code about 5 times before it would accept it.

I have the game but the paid-for goodies (i.e. DDE) are not available. Thus, the game is broken until then, because I have paid for a game that doesn't work.

Mine worked fine, just make sure you use capitol letters.

I am just venturing a guess here, but since you have to enter your UPC into the game on install and then log into the website from the game could it be they register your game that way?

I got my Xbox 360 copy to register after looking a little more closely at the UPC on the back of the box (not the manual). There are two smaller numbers to the left and right of the larger numbers. I needed to include those two numbers, with a space separating them and the rest of the code. So my final UPC was like (using a fake number) 0 12345 45323 7.

Yeah, Direct2Drive Deluxe purchased, and it isn't accepting any of my codes EXCEPT the one that lets me get the rings. . . which of course is the one that I care about the least, haha.

I have the PS3 version and tehre is only a code for the EA website that looks like this xxxx



they say my registration code should look like this xxxx-xxxxx-xxxx

My game registration code was on the back of the game manual at the very top, I must have been lucky I have had no issues with registering my game or my special items!

No its not all letters,  it will be similar to this:

Hm. I got the 360 CE and I cannot find a registration code. There's an access code but it's only 5 numbers and that's what is on the back of the manual. There is no registration code on anything else that I can see, manual or game case.

For the PS3 version it says to enter a code similar to xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx. However I dont have any code anywhere on or in the package that remotely resembles this. Anyone else have this problem?

What browser are you using?
Did you use ALL CAPS?
Did you include the dashes?

I can register to this site now (CD Key) but I still can't get into the game. It says that my account has no game associated with it and that my key is already in use.

Still not working for me and have tried leaving a black space and adding - to my number. 360 CE BTW.

I have tried caps- no caps- dashes no dashes- can't get into registration server but I went to the ea site and it says my game is registered without asking for a key.

I can't seem to enter by bonus dlc codes and I have tried for 45 mins.......

I got mine to work, this is what you need to do: The # is 12 numbers in all, like so for me (make sure you use dashes for the spaces) -> 0-12345-12345-0
