What is this? Is this my serial number?

I have this thing in my box that says activate your registration code and it tells me my code is found on the back of the legal pamphlet.

I was playing online for 3 matches then when i left it said server unavailable and so i restarted my game and now it's asking me for this.. What the hell is going on?

Also it asks me to redeem or purchase the code

it's an error. reload your game. your online pass was activated when you installed/activated ME3.

not sure why they were too lazy to remove that code for the PC version.

Hmmm I have restarted my game 3 times now and it still doesn't work. Keeps asking for the damn code.

 You'll have to contact EA Help. Make sure you choose "ME3 > Account/registration and PC. See this post, from this thread:  social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/344/index/11257798/12#11652872

The problem you are hitting is not the same as what this thread is about.   The problem occuring tonight is something EA is aware of, but they say they cannot fix it atm and that they will know more in a few hours.

Good point - nobody can sell used copies of Mass Effect 3 PC. Also, it's probably that same laziness that left us with no frigging text chat on a platform where fast typing is one of the primary advantages of using said platform.

ME3 is good, but I wonder what's going to happen when someone comes out with a game that's just as good and decides not to break everything via annoying DRM or lazy-ass design decisions

Nothing man, sit tight and wait for them to fix it... had nothing to do with your/my machines or our installs.... it's broken on their end. They have been working on it for the past couple of days.

Well, the online pass issue is fixed, but I still don't have my commendation pack. Funny that, my wife already got her commendation pack and when I helped her get it, it was my second gold win for the weekend. Things that make ya say 'Hmmmmm'.

Now I'am also connected to EA servers again - don't know to be happy or sad though. Haven't received my commendation pack either, got the victory pack and then there were these *issues*.
