Greetings!
I´ve tried every tutorial, every forum, every help file I could find and still I can´t get to play the DLC.
I downloaded the Deluxe version of the game from EA online store and I was just crazy to see the special content. I have no words to tell you how frustrated I am.

I keep praying for the Maker to help me through this, for I was pretty far in the game when I noticed the DLC wasn´t avaible.

Please, kind technical entities, lend me some aid!

wehn you press ctrl alt delete, do you see the service Daupdater.svc, under the services tab?

If it's there does it say it has stopped working?

It´s not there...

I believe my updater is not working (or not even installed). I´ve tried to install it but no sucess.

Oh, I just pressed "Show all user´s process" and I saw it there. Daupdatescv.service.exe and it seems to be working...

It seems to be working asin it says Status : executing (translating from dutch here) or Status : stopped.



If it is working and when you boot the game do you see the DLC in the tab where you can buy it, in the tab where it is downloading or the third tab where it is available for use?

It´s working, yes... status executing.



When I entender in the Downloable Content in the first screen of the game, it shows me nothing. I mean, the screen is there, but no content is displayed. I tried to log off and log in again, tried to refresh... tried to execute the file as administrator, nothing seems to work.

Yeah but there are three tabs in total in that screen if all show nothing then i honestly cant say i know the sollution. if you have the DLC stuck on downloading then we can fix it or if the DLC says it is activated then it is fixable as well.



Maybe a stupid question but when you click on the registered game promotions what do you see?



Is the content you bought registered there?

I´ve tried the 3 tabs, Avaible Content, Download Progress and Downloaded Content. There´s nothing, no content.



The Deluxe version of the game comes with all the addons. I registered the game, but it shows only the Dragon Age Origins registered, can´t see any DLC to register. It´s like it was never purchased.



Is there a place where I can express my rath to Bioware?

To use the DLC you have to register the DLC promo code under the profile section of the website. I understand you didn't do that ( I had 3 serials in total to reg)

you only registered the game and did nt redeem any codes? i m not sure about steam but DVD copies you need to activate these codes manually

Yes I did that. But when I get into my profile is shows only Dragon Age Origins registered. The addons are not visible, like I said, it´s like I never purchased the DLC.

MAKER´S BREATH IT´S WORKING!

Seems like I just had to put the SERIALS into the REDEEM CODE.

Hell, how could I guess such thing?
