Yup, that is what this game is.
It looked so good at the start and was actually fun to play, some minor bugs, no big deal. Untill i reformatted my pc and had to reinstall this game.
Finally after a lot of frustration i have my Dowloadable contend back... man that was a pain to figure out. Happilly started playing again only to find out the game crashes during convesations, resulting in a windows bleuscreen and a pc reboot. Whoohoo, i can now play it all again from the last save.
Im done with this load of crap. Thanks a lot for taking my money and giving a ****ty piece right from out of the toilet back. At least im not falling for this crap twice, from now on ill avoid anything that has Bioware writtin on it.
Best of luck in ripping other people off.

Considering this issue started after something YOU did (ie formatting your drive) I can say with relaitve certainty that this is YOUR fault.
But because I am the kind guy I am i will indulge you for a moment.
Did you reinstall all of your drivers motherboard, sound, gpu, etc..
and when you go to device management do you see any yellow exclamation marks or questions marks?

Hehe, yeah silly me. I shouldnt reformat my pc whenever i want to. I do it every year, just for the fun of it, then when reinstalling a game i bought i expect it to work properly again without having to pull off some kind of pc_wizzkidd tricks.
And yes, all drivers are installed and working properly. Everything else on my pc runs as smooth as a pimp collecting money from his ****es on a fridaynight, its just this game thats screwed up.

you might be missing some updates the problem is your pc not the game, and reformatting you comp over and over isn't good for it

hokay do this:
1/ Click Start button
2/ From Start menu Click Control panel
3/ In Control Panel Click the System icon
4/ In the System Window look on the Left hand side of the window and you will see a list of options. Click on the Advanced System Settings option
5/ Because Computer management requires administrative privileges you may find the the User Account Control will pop up. If it does then enter the required information (if you are not the administrator) or, if you are the administrator, click the Continue button
6/ In the Advanced Settings window look for the Startup and Recovery section and then Click the Settings button
7/ In the Startup and recovery window look for the section marked System failure and remove the 'tick' mark from the 'Automatically Restart' option. Now press OK button
8/ Finally click the OK button on the System properties Window and then close the system window.
9/ Boot the game, and replicate the circomstances of your issue, then write down the errorcode and post it here.

I been building and using computers for over 30 years and your the first person I ever heard say they liked to reformat their drive on an annual basis. Not to mention for the fun of it?!? I could think of a thousand other things I rather do than formatting a drive (s).

Well it's not much of a hassle, just use ghost to create an image when you have everything working and installed as it should, and when you need to reformat just plop down the image.

Haha, i was a bit sarcastic there lol.
I do however enjoy a clean pc with everything running smooth again. The longer you use windows the slower it gets, not to mention all the downloaded crap where free doesnt really means free lol.
If you backup everything you want to keep its just a few hours "work", they actual fomatting takes the most time, and gives you time to visit your family that one time a year
