Good Day!

It's been more than 2 years since I last visited this site so I had a hard time trying to retrieve my old login details.. and after 5 days of trying to change my password, I was able to update and here I am logged again..

anyway my real concern now is, I was hoping that I might be able to retrieve my cd-key included in the manual because from what I believe I was able to register my Dragon Age : Origin games here.

here's the email confirmation i received thanking me of registering the game. This  was last january 12, 2010

Now upon checking this profile for after more than 2 years, I can't seem to find any registered game in it. except my 2 characters which I created complete with stat skills and screenshot.

I don't understand why the game I registered is not on my profile.. while my characters are even there..

and what's of the email I received.. is it something else? the subject says my game is registered.

hope anyone can help me since when I talked to the customer support of EA he keeps telling me im not registered.. I wanted to play the game again. I even bought the expansion pack before but I was able to play it before due to the nature of my work before..
