Alright, the Mattock in ME 2 was awesome and so was the Geth Plasma Shotgun and the Phalanx Heavy Pistol but in ME 3 my fave rifle is the Chakrum Launcher from the Kingdom of Amalur Demo.  Give it cryo or incendiary ammo and you can take down a Brute in five shots.  It really messes up Cerberus soldiers.  The discs embed into the Cerberus armour then explode tossing the soldier around.  It has a satisfying sound when it fires.  Also, the Krogan spike launcher with cryo ammo is amazing.  It stops most bad guys in their tracks but with cryo ammo it shatters them as well. One shot is usually enough.  Thanks Bioware for the Chakrum Launcher gift.  I never leave the Normandy without it.

I also like the Scorpion Pistol I think it's called, found on Sur Kesh. It's the pistol I always use. It lays proximity or sticky contact mines everywhere. Give it a Disruptor Ammo boost and it's perfect against Marauders, Cerberus Engineers and Centurions, and against Geth of all kinds.
