Gardner. The Normandy is not the same with out the cook/poop technician.
Admiral Ahern. My favourite Alliance character so far.
Vido Santiago. I want to see a consequence of letting him go, damnit.

also, what about previously unseen characters we'd hoped to see in ME3? I was hoping we'd see Armistan Banes at some point.

other than that, another vote for Kal'Reegar (He is awesome and cunning and should not be killed off by email) and Gianna. It would have been cool, and easy, to associate some side missions (maybe the N7 ones that you get from Hackett) to these minor characters, so that even if they're dead or you never met them, you could just get the missions from Hackett/email instead. Heck, Gianna was on Noveria to begin with, she could have been the one to tip you off about the Cerberus base and perhaps share the promised beer on the Citadel afterwards.

Re: Shi'ala, I thought some galactic news snippet in ME2 mentioned she had stepped down from her role as a consort? Am I remembering right? She could still contact you, of course.

Lorik Qui'in, my favorite turian that is neither a squadmate, nor dead.
Sha'ira, Shiala, Giana, Rana, Niftu Cal, Talitha and Girard, Toombs, Sidonis, Requesition guy, Rupert, Hadley, and Hawthorne. Lots of people.
Would have like to have met Rahna(from BAatT) and Solana Vakarian.
Also Kal'Reegar and Emily Wong deserve better.

Yep...who was that Thane in ME3?  The twin he never mentioned, the one the Hanar didn't choose to train because well...you saw that Leng fight.    I think we got Tink Krios, the pathetically bad fighter who is the star of my MP campaign.  Ridiculously bad...let's just point a gun at a guy's head for more than 2 seconds and NOT pull the trigger.  Derp.

I was so excited to actually get an email from Feron.  Would have been great to have seen him in game, double points for token drell on the team but then I would have been pissed he took up what could have been Thane's spot. Besides that, why not he's connected to Shepard through Liara, don't see how hard that'd be getting him on there and then he could have helped balanced out this idea that Liara is so obessive with Shepard, so that Feron and Liara hook up on the side if she is not romanced.

Aria T'Loak was another fav of mine and she certainly didn't get enough screen time. Granted you could go around doing errands for her, but her treatment wasn't as good as it could have been.
