Okay, so now that we can take part in Operational Weekends, I decided to actually use some spare PSN money to purchase a few packs. The first one went through fine, no problems. Second and third tho... not so much. I did contact customer support concerning them since the money was deducted from my PSN account. Just wanted to give the staff a heads up that there is an issue.

This happens in multilayer when buying packs, the devs don't refund your money, and, they don't fix it, so, essentially you just wasted your money

Yeah, don't spend real money on the packs; this has been happening for a long time now.
Just use in-game credits.
