I was gonna say, I've got 2 N7 weapons but I don't have a female gamer. So I'm going to go with the female gamer.

Hm... I play with other female players quite often. I guess only girl players can find other girl players. Maybe the same applies for N7 weapons; only those that have them can get more? I know I didn't get my first ultra rare until I was around N7 500. Now I get them fairly often (though not the ones I actually want...)

My sister will be playing ME3 once she graduates from LSU this year, she said she will not be using a mic. Says because of all the bad rep with XBox Live and all that. PC is a bit different, we have fewer kids and more elitists!
Didn't convince her, so I am going to be buying a barebone PC to host a Ventrilo and a TS3 server from.
That and my previous post, I would say that N7 weapons are a LOT more common than female gamers that use mics.

Given that

a) the vast majority of people don't use their mics (and for many female gamers, this unfortunately _IS_ a good thing)
The ME series (along with DA) has always had a sizeable female fanbase (I honestly wouldn't be surprised if # of female fans actually hits 40%+ compared to a typical game like Uncharted or Bioshock only at the 20%)

I would expect female gamers to be a lot more common than you think...

I was actually a bit surprised that a lot of female gamers play this game (I'm on PS3), and some on my Silver teams can def hold their own. so for me.. N7 weapons are rare

Seen them both. Played with both. Female gamers are better.

I'd say N7 weapons are more rare. I only get those occasionally, but every single game I've played has had at least one woman on the team.

I married a gamer, one of the "guys" in my static group has his wife take over when he has to step away (we can tell by the noticable spike in skill before she even utters a word), and I've come across many in my PUGs as I've played. I think the pop is probaly close to the actual 40-45% of all gamers that are out there. Guys just don't get that the ladies do play. It's just too bad so many of them get stupid went they meet a lady.

Compared that to the number of N7 weapons I see, I think the ladies have it.

Well, no... Mass Effect is an RPG, which tend to be popular with female gamers (perhaps because it's one of the few genres where you can have a competent not-hypersexualised female protagonist- just guessing). I'd expect ME to have a pretty decent female fanbase. Perhaps not so much the multiplayer though.

Just went out of a gold game featuring a female gamer (shocking I know !). Before you even think about it, yes she was speaking and yes we did get full extraction. In conclusion I'm gonna go with N7 weapons.
