Hi All: I haven't receive my game yet but I like to know from the people who have played DA:O can you use these 2 ingame items for all your characters or just 1? The 2 items I asking about is, Grimoire of the Frozen Wastes (Book) & Memory Band (Ring), can all my characters use them?

Yes, they are available for all your characters and should be in their inventory when you start the game.
