When I used the coupon to get the Armor and allies freebies that came with the game, it only let me download it once. The game and the  playstation store says I have to pay for it again if I want to download it again.

I'm guessing this is either a decision made by Sony or Electronics Arts. If it's intentional, it's a very disrespectful way to treat customers. I don't like the idea of losing my PS3 harddrive data, and then being told I have to pay another $20-$30 for downloadable content that I already paid for.

Is it just a glitch that I am experiencing or this something intentional?

Are you sure you can't download them again with the same PSN account?Just like you would redownload other games bought from PS Store.

have you checked your "purchase history" in the PSstore?

If you look in the upper right hand corner of the screen in the PS store you showed find a link called "purchase history" or something like that. Everything you've downloaded can be re-downloaded from there without having to pay for it again.

Afterthought here. If my harddrive were completely wiped on PS3 (it isn't, just for future reference), can I still access my downloads with my account?
