As has been stated Bronze is awesome for newly promoted classes or for some truly casual co-op mayhem. Currently doing an all classes to 20 mass promotion so I've not played it for a little while but it will be used heavily again when the time comes.

I do Bronze to load the game. My computer usually takes half a game to load completely and stops jerking.

That and testing out new weapons, race/class combo and loadouts.

I just tried out a Bronze match for the first time in a while as I promoted most of my classes and, wow, there are a whole crop of new people out there. My only request would be to stick together if you don't know how to play, yet, and focus on objectives!!

I try to help low N7 people figuring they are new.

I will admit that bronze has turned into a free for all in which everyone goes off and does their own thing, at least in randoms.  In games played with friends (from this forum) we joke around, and experiment with certain combos.  Yesterday we all played as geth engineers.  3 of us had damage dealing turrets and one had a sheild turret.  When we encountered a Prime, bam 3 turrets surrounding him and it was hilarious to watch as he kept getting confused and pissed off (it probably didn't help his mood that each time he deployed his combat drone we would hit it with overload).

One of my issues is networking for this game.  :D  I only play random.  I seem to never have enough time to devote to an extended session with people I know.  Perhaps I should start seeking others I have met online to play.

You should check out the group Bronze Effect. I've made many friends from that group that I play with regularly.

bronze is fun if you just want to cool off or you can't afford to use a rocket and need mor money to buy more, but as someone who regularly plays silver and some gold matches (and survives) there are a lot less enemies in bronze, so it doesn't get fun until wave 7

I started the MP a couple weeks ago just to raise my EMS, but got hooked. I enjoy bronze for the fun and lack of pressure to learn the classes, builds, etc. When I get more experience, I'll move on to silver and (maybe) gold, but for now, bronze still gives me a good fix.

I like bronze. I do it everyday after a good meal. But seriously, it is the only place where I can feel strong and actually have fun. gold gives 2x more credits [counting the fact irt is 2x longer] but every enemy need to be shot multiple times before dying. I feel like my X level weapons are still peashooters.

I really hate bronze. Not enough enemies, and people run around like idiots kill-farming. It's just dumb as hell.

Only time I do bronze is when I promote. Usually run 2 bronze matches to get a few levels and then head back to silver once I hit level 10 or so.

I play bronze to lvl up my characters, but if I see a new player (low N7) I actually tag with him/her and help them to survive together, i remember how difficult was when i started and it could be annoying see the "pro" show how good they are to kill everything and ignore the actually CoOp aspect of the game... easy to do with lvl 20 char and X weapons....

If you want, [xbox: piallator] I will be glad to join you in bronze matches....

Heh, i do this on silver with my Krogan Vanguard, Enjoyeble to watch people kill stuff and step in when they get in trouble :)

It's called Bronze for a reason......you can win without letting the noobs pull u back, tho.

Imo, to play Silver or Gold safely you need to be lvl20, and most players nowadays would expect you to.

When I just want to play without having to think or care about anything. Or with a friend who is starting out, so they get use to the gameplay.

Yeah, I do. It's easier to cut loose, try new tactics, break in new players and level-up weaker characters.

I find Bronze way to boring, Silver way to cumbersome (33k creds considering for an extra 5 mins work you can get 70k in Gold with a bigger challenge) and Gold well... just right.

I disliked bronze. I hated silver. But I love gold.

Bronze is filled with morons, yes, but it is also easy enough for me to do it entirely alone.

Silver is filled with morons as well, but now there might arise situations which I might not always be able to handle on my own. Great, now I have to rely on morons.

Gold - People who aren't morons tend to play this difficulty. People ressurect you, they do the objectives and they know the map. And it's still challenging.

I play mostly bronze and silver and rarely gold. I enjoy bronze for leveling. Silver unfortunately has people of bronze caliber biting off more than they can chew most times. Gold usually has better people but I feel like I am always dragging them down cause I am not that good lol. When I play with my friends we always do silver or gold though. Good communication helps a ton.

I play silver most of the time, as I have gotten good enough with my prefered characters to carry a silver run if I have to. With my regulars, its a mix of Silver or Gold, depending on what people are in the mood for. If I am in Bronze, its because I am playing a class I suck with and trying to get better or I am soloing for fun.

I've had some really great Bronze matches with lower N7 level players, and with higher level guys, too. I've hit the point where I find it a little bit too easy (never thought that would happen) and I find the team cohesion is better on Silver.

The worst Bronze runs I've had are often with higher level guys into the 200+ range who are apparently just kind of goofing around with characters they're trying out. The lower level guys trying to get a hang of the game seem to get irate at this sort of thing, and understandably so; they want to beat Bronze matches as bad as more experienced guys do Silver or Gold.

And some just seem to be legitimately bad players with inexplicably high N7 rankings. I had a guy in a match with his mic on who cackled every time he killed something (which was rare) and swore and complained when he died (which was frequent). He died about seven times and kept trying to melee Atlases to death; he demonstrated a fascinating inability or refusal to learn from his mistakes, and eventually quit with a series of wounded-animal yelps after people gave up on reviving him. Anthropologically, it was riveting; in gameplay terms, less so.
