I think the obsession is that subconsciously they feel the need to justify or explain liking the show. Just a theory.

the question is, why hasn't it been locked yet.

However, I do not believe that psychology deserves to be considered a science, or be taught at universities, at all, and thus I am rather skeptical of what they say.

That aside, if there is no difference then why do the ones hate what the others love?

My point exactly.

In the end it comes down to which side you are on.
You know, like in Fantasy: if the orcs / trolls / monsters slay a village of men or elves, they are "evil beasts who must be put down."
If the elves slaughter an entire city of orcs, they are "purging the unclean", or "pacifying" them, or sometimes even "putting these poor souls out of their misery".

Not so. I watched that one Buffalo episode. I asked myself "Why did I even bother watching that" and moved on with my life. I have seen the show, and it does not interest me.

Probably not.

Normal human beings do not post on forums, they are working hard in the fields except on sundays, when they pray to God and thank HIM for the wonderful and totally not pointless lifes HE has bestowed upon them in HIS endless mercy.

Since my "Get everyone to Shut up and sink thread idea" failed miserably, I agree with Tirigon about that. Just one thing worth mentioning is the episode he watched is considered one of the worst in both seasons 1 and 2. I'd have reccomended Lesson Zero or the season 2 finale for a first episode only watch myself. The first 2 eps pretty much just serve as a way of getting to know the main 6 characters, and you can't really judge the show untill at least the third episode of season 1, at least if someone were to watch in order. Which is pretty moot in Legions case.

I am sure s/he wont need several episodes to figure that out.

At least unless MLP is stranger than I thought and there is an episode where nothing like that appears, anyhow.

The episode Lesson Zero is pretty mad. Fluttershy (the yellow and pink maned one) snaps a bears neck while Rainbow Dash nukes a barn by flying into it at Mach 10.
