I actually intended to run a MLP-movienight with a friend who is a brony, sadly his harddrive is damaged and he needs to reload them first, however. And I dont even know where / when they are on TV. Doubt they are in my country (Germany) at all, tbh.

Grew up watching the old Disney animation Recess myself. I ******* love steak Recess Liara Ivandra. That, and Looney Toons. Roadrunner anyone?

It is the Mass Effect 3, general discussion... go figure what the intended topic probably is; just a wild guess. i might be wrong...

Yea but the point of General is you can be prettyy General.

And MLP has pretty much in common with Mass Effect, I have seen a great picture of Fluttershy in N7 armor for example, carrying an Avenger AR.

It is, but you'll be stuck on S1 with random repeats. That's how it is in the UK. YouTube has them in 1080 if you search.

I am not going to force myself to watch something I do not like. I KNOW that the show will never ever grow on me. Why? They're talking ponies in a world that was made from a little girl's imagination. I am not claiming I've seen everything it has to offer, but it has nothing to offer for me as it is something I would never find interesting to watch. I suggest you calm your emotions!

Now, I've reported this thread multiple times and I demand it burn!

classic Transformers was killer. I picked up the old animated movie on PSP a long time ago.

One episode can be enough to judge, as it shows you the style and all.

That's not always the case. And it certainly isn't the case with MLP. Season two of MLP definitely has better moments than the first season. But to judge this, you must've watched the show yourself. It's difficult to explain to someone who has no personal experience themselves.

Personally I found that after watching one epsidoe my opinion of the show was not that great, and it was not until watching another episode or two that the characterisation kicked in and I started liking the characters. After that I really began to like the show. 

Not that people can't make informed decisions over a single episode. At least they are trying it to some extent before knocking it, and obviously everyone has different tastes. But on the other hand I've seen several times that if you go into something insistant that you won't like it then you almost certainly won't, whether or not you'd actually like it if you were open minded in the first place.

I felt the exact same way. I only watched the show to begin with to find out what all the commotion was about.


I have since seen every episode.

Trouble is, when I am at my PC, I am usually too busy playing games, or working (sometimes anyhow....), or posting on the forum when I should be asleep... You know how it is
