I noticed the past couple weeks after playing around 8 matches in a row the multiplayer does a really odd thing. The crash starts from these possibilites

-numerous enemies spawning in gold slowing down the game & animations for attacks like biotic explosions/combos

-the resurgence characters being used and the animations of the newer biotic powers

-lag (it caused by the other 2 issues would slow down match {just for me or 1 player} then just freeze/lock up)
-servers being popular :wizard:

I've even played games where it seemed another player locked up and had to leave the match. I would this all occured after Resurgence Pack released.

Keep up the good work BIOWARE!:D

Been happening to me, Froze My System to boot. hard to enjoy fighting in a match when suddenly Ferrrrtz everything locks, lags or otherwise becomes a frozen pain in the Port exhaust vent.

Mine started like that but now I can't even create or join a lobby without freezing up. I'm trying to re-download the dlc and patches as we speak but if that doesn't fix it I'm at a loss.

This problem has been ongoing. I have checked my Bandwidth consumption each time it happens, nothing is eating my Extranet connections. nothing was streaming or uploading on my Com systems. no FTL Communications or uploads Nothing. (I need to stop with the puns. still funny though...) This can only mean one thing to me. its on ME3 MP Servers Side. Something over there seems to have a Spastic Conniption. would be NICE to hear if something is Amiss or not. or even I don't know say humm some intel on if there will be a maintenance to fix. because this "Ready Fire Aim" bit with trying to stay in a GOOD squad match is kind of a Buz kill. Its less stressful to Knowingly have a Micro Nuke Strapped to ones Nether's without knowing just when it will go off.

to be honest... I get the feeling that the PS3 Users are getting the Genophage Treatment.... only 1 in a 1,000 Don't suffer from Disconnection/Lag hell.

Turns out the issue spread to my other disc based games, probably because it got to the point where I had to do a hard reset when it froze up. I had to go into my recovery menu and restore my system files to get games to load past the starting credit things (where it names devs and producers) but now I'm seriously iffy about trying to play me3 again. If the problem stayed in ME3 I'd be fine but when it starts to screw up systems entirely it's major.

you ain't the only one. seems others Systems went Belly up thanks to ME3.
I wonder if they need to make a collectors issue that comes with a handy PS3 coffin...
Now there's a Marketing campaign.
"ME3. Now We F**K up our games AND your system For just one price"
i should of worked in advertising.

I wish my collector's edition came with a coffin, then if I still chose to buy the game I'd be the only one to blame.

this has started happening to me this week, the long drawn out freezing or stuttering in online mode. it gets horrendous.
guys, if your yellow light is flashing/glowing on your ps3 then its the hdd; the game/disc is having trouble streaming itself on the ps3, so its not the internet. ive had this same issue with fallout 3/new vegas.
sucks this is starting to happen to me3's online now.

Simular problem for me! The display completely freezes while the audio & VOIP still works.
