Its a tough decision but I would have to say Grunt because the team just feels incomplete without a Krogan.

Kasumi. I found her to be an intriguing character in ME2 and would've really liked to get to know her better. I felt that there was so much more to find out about her and she could even have ended up as an LI.
Sadly the opposite turned out to be true and like fellow DLC squadmate Zaeed her cameo in ME3 is very short. The other ME2 squadmates were treated far better.

Miranda would been someone to pick back up after getting off Earth. I also liked Jack since she would also been a good one to have back. Most of the other ME2 squad seemed to have moved on to what they were doing prior to ME2 or have more urgent things to deal with.
