There is no option on 'which ending did you choose?' and 'which ending did you think was the best?' for none of the above.
Simply, I shut off my game when I reached that point, and my character refuses to choose any of those immoral or foolhardy options.

Took the survey. Not sure why. We've already told Bioware of our disappointment several times but if they want to hear more about how we hate the ending, who am I to not oblige them?

C if I can't borrow the game. Maybe a rental and then if it's good I will buy it. This coming from someone who pre-ordered the entire ME series in special editions.

Also, they changed the wording on at least one of the questions, which means that one of my scores (the one for the ending) will look much higher than it otherwise would (the original question didn't ask for a rating for just the ending).
Make sure to also take the follow-up survey here. The data will be analyzed and passed along to BioWare when the survey period ends (it allows you to edit your response up until the close date, and it guards against ballot stuffing).

Gave the game a 7 for most of the game, 2 for the ending (it was bad, but I think it could have been worse), then a 5 for overall.
I wish there was a more middling option about the IDT. It's a decent option, but a full revision of the last chapter is IMO the best option for saving the ending.
My 140 words were something to the effect of "there are problems in the game besides the ending, please give some love to the intro, LI issues, and sidemissions (or lack thereof) as well."
