I noticed the armor gives +6defense and +30 to health. I'm pretty sure it had a lot better stats before. Is this a normal change in 1.02 or is my Blood Dragon armor broken?

Anyone know more? I don't mind if they nerfed the stats, I've played and beaten the game without actually needing to use the armor. I just want to know if my DLC is acting normally or borked.
