Found this on NWN2forum .

C:/windows/system32/drivers/etc       

then open host in notepad and add                 0.0.0.0 nwmaster.bioware.com
                                                                                 0.0.0.0 nwn.master.gamespy.com

You wont have to wait.

Haha, so it won't let it actually connect to either, very good idea!

I actually already knew how to do this, but the idea didn't come to me, thanks for sharing..

Unless you don't want to be listed in the Internet tab of the game client, you probably don't want to block nwn.master.gamespy.com. (I think)

Yup, I can confirm this. Do not block or alter Game Spy if you plan to host. Took me a few hours of head scratching when I wanted to put up a test module last winter and no one could find it.
