So some may already know about the Tali Glitch.

My friend was playing ME3 at my house. We  were curing the Genophage, when Eve was dead. We have no idea why this happened, as we both saved Maelon AND his Data, and stopped the bomb from going off. So we're all..."Wtf"

Anyone have an idea what happened?
