My guess? A frakload of character cards, am I correct? Yesterday for instance I played gold (almost) all day and I got EXCLUSIVELY character cards

I had that sensation considered that the chance for N7 items stands at 5% if I recall correctly.

In order to ease my pain I never play at level 20 so anytime I get a char card I cheat on myself and say "OH WELL, at least I got the XP", but I guess it is a meager consolation.

I was going to say the same myself. Since everyone knows the drop rate is bad in Spectre packs, why not save and wait for the next special pack.

I got four drell adepts in about 12 specter packs:(
finally got a asari adept in the last one:D
now I have unlocked every character some with all custimization options unlocked, still continues to throw character cards at me:(

character cards out the ass. I went from like 4 hours a day to a game every other day after unlocking all rares/lower. gets so old

Endless character cards.... save your credits for special packs. I think I had a streak of over 100 normal spectre packs with only character cards that lastet around 3 weeks.

wow some people have alot of free time. i still have some gold weapons i havnt unlocked. but yeah like everyone said save up for premium spectre packs if they bring them back.

Im right there with u. I only have one more weapon upgrade to get be4 i have all the non-ultrarares done... i have already started getting tons of useless char. cards and my motivation is at an all time low...

Not there myself yet, but I'm getting close enough to wonder the same thing. 

I've taken to this strategy:  play through all chars until they reach level 20 - then promote all 6 classes - THEN go buy packs with the amassed coin you've earned building those 6 classes up.  This way - you still get full value out of the char cards. 

And it's quite fun buying Spectre Pack after Spectre Pack.  Eventually you may even snag a new Promotional weapon (other than the Eagle, obviously).

I am not sure Promo Weapons may come up in Spectre Packs, I do have a similar strategy to yours though even though simplified, I buy packs one by one and as soon as a char hits 20 I promote before buying the next pack, this way I was able to completely waste just one char card so far.

Yep, same here. Play time has rapidly declined since I started getting nothing but old character cards, but still can't unlock the justicar. I'm down to maybe 1-2 games per day, where before I used to play for hours at a time. Basically I'm just killing time until Diablo 3 comes out later this month, and then I'll be gone.

What awaits you is millions spent and not one N7.  Or if you're lucky, one N7 weapon.  The store sucks.
