Hey Dude, what the hell is the hold up on the patch for the ME3 black screen? I have now entered day 55 of not being able to use the game I purchased for that I reserved 3 months in advance for 60 bucks (some spent more) on release day in the beginning of March. I managed to squeeze out 2 days of use until this black screen reared it's ugly face.
It's sad to say but I'm starting to see a trend here. Not only is the game in a dark place but it seems that you and your staff has all but forgotten the people who are suffering through this problem. The last post you made to the "black screen at start up" thread was 20 days ago. Your non-response is basically a second black screen. Are weekly updates to keep our spirits high unreasonable? I'm sorry but past posts y'all made of "we're still looking at and it's top priority" one-liners are not cutting it anymore and sounds like your talking out of your ass, time for results. If you, your staff, Bioware and EA don't care about us, please let us know. It seems that way now and if you have any hope to retain us as fans and customers I would get on it, pronto.
If a patch does come out in the 10 years or so what kind compensation are the black screeners going to receive? If your staff of techs can't fix this problem will we get a full refund? I'm sure Bio/EA can afford it. Either one would be fine with me, preferably the later as I have now lost all interest in the ME universe. I will send you back my copy of ME3, hell, I'll send you 1 & 2 as well because looking at them disgusts me as they stand for nothing now but broken promises and wasted time.
I for one can say that I will never purchase a Bioware game ever again. I considered Bioware to be AAA developer but after this black screen bs, lack of customer service and no fix in the near future, I'm done with you. Your not going to steal my time and money ever again.<_<

I'm amazed none of these glitches have hit the news like the endings have considering how many of them the game has.
