Their is any way to give items to a character on a saved game ? I have one that can change my character stats, lvl, alignement etc but I'd like to be able to give items.
I'm the kind of weirdo that enjoy to change the apearance of the gear I'm using :-)
Anything to change items on a saved game ?

For single-player games, the easiest way may well be to use the console (
dm_spawnitem) to spawn the item you want in the game. There are lists (like this one) of the resrefs of standard items (as well as getting them from the item palette in the Toolset). For custom items, an item created in the Toolset can be spawned in game by copying the corresponding UTI file from the modules/temp0 folder into the override folder and then spawning it from the console (it may be necessary to restart the game to get it to re-read the override folder).

This should work for all Bio campaigns and custom content as long as they use the default palette...
If it's only changing the cosmetic appearance of armor & weapons via standard crafting... just save before you accept the changes, abort the changes & reload. You also may want to spawn in some dye items via console to help colorize your equipment. As a professed madman, I tend to prefer the color purple myself.

I have used this hakpak as an override to customize items in-game: Kamiryn's Customize Character Override Hak

As Hip said there should be no problem spawning items from the standard palette into the game. If you where looking to add custom items
1) Just create them in the toolset, With a unique ResRef.
2) Find the BluePrint for the item in the Temp0 folder, With the toolset open, and move it to your override folder.
3) load your saved game and spawn it from the console, just like you would a standard Item.

BTW, the only other way I can think of to create crazy enhancements is to add them to the skin of your PC (like OnHit: Level 40 IGMS *lol*) but then it wouldn't matter what equipment was used. That would definitely qualify as "weirdo", however. :S
