I can almost guarentee their is a topic about this already and if their is, link me and I will delete the thread if I can
(Still new here haha)
Anyways, how amazing would a Retake Omega DLC be? You would be fighting Cerberus and whatever they have with them (Still havent read the comic that came with my Collectors Edition.) and Aria would be a new squadmate, or at least a temporary squadmate like Anderson but obviously better.
I know the big thing is the Extended Ending DLC, but honestly I could care less since it's expanding on the original, 3 choice ending.
Any thoughts?
Who else would be ecstatic about a "Retake Omega" DLC?

That would make sense. I felt that after uniting the mercenaries that there would have been more in the game with Omega. But there was not even though it was such a big piece of ME2. I think DLC would be awesome.

I'd be interested in pretty much any story-centered DLC.

I wouldn't be ecstatic. I figured they would do one though.

I would be interested. Ecstatic? Nah. But I'd still buy it.

Eh, Omega and Cerberus are two things that never really interested me. But I don't buy DLC at the prices Bioware charge anyway, so my opinion is irrelevant

Yeah, I enjoyed ME3 easily enough to buy any story-centred DLC they care to release. I'm a bit of a sucker for them.

I'm not sure I'd be ecstatic, but an Omega DLC seems like the most natural add on to ME3, since it played such a huge role in ME2 and the lead up to ME3. Also, they went through all the trouble of advertising Carrie-Ann Moss as Aria, only to have her say just a few lines in ME2+3. I'd be happy about this DLC coming out, but I guess I just wouldn't be surprised; I've always had it in my head that an Omega DLC was in the works.

Ecstatic might be a bit much, but I'd really like to revisit Omega. And with the emphasis on Aria in the comics I suspect this will be the topic of a DLC at some point.

Actually, I find your comment to be quite relevant, as should BW/EA. If they price people enough people out of DLC they may consider lowering their prices (though I can't say I see that happening unfortunately).Wulfram wrote...

I was really hoping for Aria as a squad mate in ME3. Would be all over this.

I would love DLC but not for Omega, something more interesting.

Kinda hoping for it. Seems that was the basic motive for Aria helping Shepard. You helped her in ME2 by telling her about the mercs uniting to take her out. She gets them to give to you probably with the thought that you will help her get back Omega and bring order to that part of space again.
Still like to know more about her. There seems to be more to her in regards to having pull over the Asari counciler. Almost like she is more important than we have been let on to. Also kinda surprised she didn't join the Normandy after the coup attempt on the Citidel. Joining Shepard to vent her anger on Cerberus and Reapers while waiting to hit Omega again. Can picture her with that sly grin wiping out enemies in front of her.

As long as retaking omega invovled a few more places in the Terminous system or on the border of it like Illium.
But Aria as a Squad mate would be great I bet she would have some great party banter.

Would love Omega SP and MP, plenty of premade areas to run around in, maybe even include the mercenary groups for some alternative enemies to fight.
All 3 are more or less twists of the existing ME3 multiplayer enemies.

I've assumed an Omega DLC would happen ever since doing those errands for Aria on the Citadel. But I have problems fitting 'take entire city-sized space station back from Cerberus and strike a blow for criminal scumbags everywhere' into my 'save all life in the galaxy and infinite generations in the future from cyborg Cthulhus' schedule. I'm really not motivated in any way to help Aria and take more than a small amount of pleasure in seeing her beaten, even if it was Cerberus.

No, but I wouldn't mind getting it if it was good.
Maybe add the Cerberus Flotilla Asset that was cut from the game for the outcome of the expansion.

Can Aria die so we never have to hear her pretentious rambling again?

That's where I'm at. Loved plowing through the smoky, dirty, gritty environments on Omega in ME2, and I think there's an interesting and fast-moving story to be told around retaking 'em -- and in teaming up with Aria.

I'm very interested in this. I'd really hope to see a pretty long piece of DLC with this idea as well. Being able to go back and explore Omega would be great too rather than the typical "mission" setting of DLC in the past.
