product key already in use

According to the validation process, I get told that my product key is already in use. I am not sure how this can be, as I am sitting here with my CD case which included this little booklet with my Cd product key. I did install this game when it came out, and finished it. Recently I decided to try it again, but I can't get it to run.
The only difference to before, is a new HD, because the old HD died with the very first installation and all the saves. Even in my bioware account it still shows that the game is registered there and the extra content like the black emporium.

If you are using the same email address, you're going to have to contact EA Support.

They wrote back that I don't need a code for DA Origin, so I had to correct them that the problem was for DA2 as stated in my mail. Another wait for a day.

The chatline isn't always supported for every game.Gorath Alpha wrote...
What's wrong about using the chatline? Their eMail is slower than an average tortoise.
