Which is probably one of the most emotionally devastating things that a woman can learn. She cannot produce life.

Yeah ^ this definitely, reading that from the dossiers added alot of depth to her character.. She was designed to be perfect. No real mother, just her father and his cheimcal/scientific expertise. I imagine for her, having/raising a child was a path of redemption. She wanted a baby to raise and grow from her, the natural way, not something designed for the purpose of perfection. She wanted a child to grow through the natural growing pains, and imperfections that beset us as youth coming up in the world, and then guide her in a way that no one guided her. You know, what a mother does. 

After reading the dossiers, you see shes kinda haunted by that.. Probably a big reason why shes so driven, she feels shes been robbed of the chance to do the things that she wants to do, in the way she wants to do them. She wanted her sister to grow up the right way, so she kidnapped her. She wanted to have kids and raise a family, but she cant as a result of her 'condition' which was probably designed to be there (by her father). So shes kinda trapped in a situation where she has to take advantage of her 'perfection', something she's ashamed of, to even have a chance at doing the things she wants. Shes trapped in a paradox of her wants/needs and shame of her looks/abilities. 

Raising her own children to achieve on their own accord, would have been retribution for her. I thought that actually made her more desireable, to see how her wants/desires were so... human.

Don't know if someone has written this,but I avoided this reaction... I told her I was still interested but then ended up just romancing Ashley... I was hoping to get both! But then the opportunity to hook up with Miranda came I didn't get those dialogue options, but didn't get any tears either.

I just didn't like the lame goodbye you get with her at the end as she isn't part of your crew, all you get is that hologram call... It's a real shame, as I would have much preferred to stay with her, but that is the issue BW created by having an almost entirely new crew in ME2 and then discarding most of them from your permanent crew in ME3. Miranda deserved much more than the cameo appearances.

P.S I love how in the end of ME2, when she's with you and you romanced her, she turns against the Illusive Man and tells you to destroy the base. It really was great character development, to see just how committed to Shepard she had become.

LOL.  Seriously though, if you wanted to try out different LI's do multiple playthroughs.  I get enough drama in RL, don't need it in my games.  Unfortunately, with the ME3 endings the way they are, I won't be doing all my other sheps with different LI's lol.
