Even the writer seemed skeptical at that. He suggested that they might have mean Turians. After Garrus being one of the galaxy's best snipers...
Anyway, I didn't believe the last leak but then it ended up happening.
So I'm reversing my style and saying this is going to likely happen. The two bases sound like pretty legitimate places to be.

I'm not prepared to believe anything at this point, not until Bioware actually say something themselves. As someone pointed out, it does just read like a checklist of what people have been asking for.
