Pics or it didn't happen.
But it didn't happen yet... how the hell would they have pics?
Just because it was leaked doesn't mean it is developed fulyl and being tested.

Just what we need, more useless Soldiers + Vanguards.
Except the Turian Soldier have the highest dps outside of Snipers and Biotics and the Batarian Sentinel is one of the best melee classes outright. Besides Vorcha sounds fun. Maybe we'll get a Flamethrower and Rocket ability (the main Vorcha units in ME2)

I think that pretty much debunks the Raloi theory.
But it's possible (not likely) that some Raloi were taken off the planet, maybe by Mercs or the old Shadow Broker, and trained to fight. Not saying this is likely or suitable, but it's not completely impossible.

Phoenix? This seems fake, as much as it pains me to say it.
Now that I think about it, the phoenix is an avian creature (duh), and there is an never before seen avain race already in the ME universe, the raloi.
Raloi DLC? I've alredy posted on a few threads about the possibility of a raloi squadmate. If this is legit, maybe we'll actually see the raloi in-game someday.
*Cough* Which other race out there is known to have avian properties? And I'll quote:
"Turian features are avian, making them resemble humanoid birds or raptors"
Possibilities, Possibilities, everywhere, but not a spec of confirmation to spare...

I can't imagine they would add more Turians, purely because if they did why use a codename? Turians aren't exactly a secret race in the game, so why wouldn't they just say Turian Cabal Adept/Vanguard?

Has anyone considered the title of the DLC while trying to figure out what these 'Phoenixes' are going to be?
Resurgance pack - the Batarians are coming back to beat the Reapers six ways to Sunday, it's their 'resurgance' after being knocked out of the picture.
Rebellion pack - someone's 'rebelling' against whoever they used to serve? Add in the fact that all but two of Cerberus' units in-game are named after mythological creatures (plus the names of the three facilities in Overlord and the names of the 'hidden' Cerberus equipment in ME1), and I reckon the Pheonixes are going to be ex-Cerberus personnel.
Which means humans that might actually be worth playing! I, for one, would very much like to play as a human in better-looking armour with some neat new abilities. Humans need more love in MP, IMO.
This post needs more attention.
A very good point. Where do I sign for my Phantom?
I second that.
I imagine it would have the most powerful meele in all of MP.

Male quarians have three toes too, only the third toe is in the inside of the foot (like our big toe), rather then the outside, and unlike the other two it doesn't seem to require physical separation from the others for balace, so it rests next to the second one inside the same envelope...
Uhhh, nope.
Females have a third toe on the outside of the foot. Geth have a third toe on the inside. Male Quarians have no visible third toe, at least according to ME2's models.
On topic: Was very skeptical of this so called "leak" when I first heard of it. We already had Quarians and there was no known race called "Phoenix." It seemed to just be a list of what people (at least some people) wanted, only poorly researched.
That said, assuming the mem lines mentioning the maps and DLC name are in fact real, then this should be very interesting.
Male Quarians as a playable class was something I wanted since before the game was released. Personally it made no sense to me to exclude them since we already have in game models for them. It would be incredibly easy to implement. That said, if this leak is true and it is, in fact, male Quarians, then it will be interesting
Vorcha will be very interesting to have. Will be fun to hear them scream something like "break you!" when they do a melee kill and "we know your tricks!" when they kill a phantom while the phantom is cloaked or something.
I haven't a clue about the "phoenix" class though.

So far that past 2 DLC leaks were spot-on, so I don't think this one is fake. It's just really annoying that there is not more info on single-player DLC.
Didn't Bioware say that they were shelving all of their planned SP DLC in order to make the Extended Cut?

Could be Collectors. The Collector General clearly gets his free will back before he dies, and it's possible there's more Collectors out there. They could be explained from not being in the campaign because they're regrouping and recovering. They were enslaved for 50K years after all, and physically changed. You don't just get up after that. It'd be the ultimate rebellion really. And they'd be rising from the ashes so to speak.
But I'm pretty sold on the Cerberus idea too.
Aside from the CG all Collectors are drones, no personality, nothing. People who payed attention in ME2 know that. Collectors are the only thing less likely than protheans as playable race.

I paid attention to the game very closely. I know they were indoctrinated. I know that 50K years of indoctrination left them as drones. But they're not as dumb as husks, even if that's not an awful lot, and considering BioWare's likely to fudge the lore a bit for MP, I wouldn't be surprised if they added them simply for the sake of adding them, is what I'm saying.Zardoc wrote...

You can disagree with my opinion but don't tell me I didn't pay attention to the story. The collectors were a huge aspect of the game. I didn't just zone out when they were discussed.
