If you browse through the CoocedPCConsole folder, you can find files for all the skills in the game for both singleplayer and multiplayer. What caught my eye was these.

Javik has Dark Channel/Slam and he is prothean.
Why do they need to name the quarian files with "Fem" if there's no male version?

I'm just going to go ahead and say it's happening. Everyone thought the Resurgence leak was fake because of "Asari Justicar", but it turned out to be true.
Expect male Quarians, maybe Turian Infiltrator and Engineer and PROTHEANS. I am PUMPED for having a Prothean in MP.

While I hope this ends up being true, it was such a pain in the ass for me to get a hold of the Justicar and Kroguard the first time around, that I'm not looking forward to dying in anticipation of getting hold of a Prothean Adept. Knowing my luck, I'll get about six of all the rare characters I've maxed, and a bunch of weapons I don't want *stares at Arc Pistol*, and it'll take about a million packs to pick up one Prothean.

That being said, I'm pumped. I don't know if I'm the only one who feels this way, but I find the Resurgence characters MUCH more interesting than their original counterparts; it's not that I don't like the originals, but the Resurgence characters seem much more unique and dynamic to play with. I'm hoping the so-called "Rebellion Pack" will do the same (if it exists).

Phoenix doesn't mean ex-Cerberus troops. Where are people getting that from? It makes little to no sense what-so-ever.

I can see 2 reasons why some guys think this:
1° The title: "Rebellion" could suggest rogue troops
2° Phoenix comes from Greek/Rome, as most of Cerberus names used on "special" units: Atlas, Centurion, Nemesis, etc.

Personally: It's a waste of time, if the dlc really comes out, there's no point on debating something that we will eventually know.

Nope, Phoenix is EGYPTIAN mythology, not Greek/Roman (you're thinking Roc, not phoenix)

Ya i just unlocked the Asari Justicar today and i play fairly often, but i'm pumped too to play with the new characters if its true.  And your right about the resurgence characters, they seem more dynamic and team oriented than most of the originals

I unlocked Batarian Sentinel yesterday, and I'm not sure about is orientation other than not doing much harm to his enemies.

This is incorrect, Defense Matrix is referred to as "Geth Shield Boost" in the game files. Sabotage is also called "AI Hacking" still. Slam and Dark Channel files were always there so it doesn't really prove anything yet.

I expect it will be released in two weeks at the next major event, or if not, right after that. All the data files were added, and it would make for a nice surprise event.

ya, screenshots of the names in the game files using a memory reader were posted in other threads (do a search for it)... it was reposted in this thread already somewhere within these 34 pages.. just like the names of the Prothean powers in multi-player

... for the record, the moon-base Condor & Hydra dam map names were also already in the game files months before it was released aso (all were on the DVD in fact)

all of this was planned from the beginining as staggered releases months ahead, just like any business plan

Official confirmation/press release of Resurgence was done around PAX East so expect official press release of Rebellion right before or duing E3 in early June or late May..

Much smarter to announce it right before E3 but NOT during E3 or else it will get buried by hundreds other E3 news stories

I don't think Slam is Prothean-exclusive, it's just that Javik is the only character that uses it. Although thats probably a good thing, as Slam is pretty much useless.

lol...very true...but im sure they will slap the vorcha with concussive shot and a grenade....plus a passive power that gives them health regen at the cost of shield regen

Please just tell me the Vorcha Sentinel will have a badass-looking new Armor power that finally actually allows a Sentinel to somewhat tank on Gold one way or another. And since nobody can really see them having biotic powers I'm hoping for Cluster Grenades.

The phoenix could be the Raloi. The Raloi wouldn't help against the Reapers. The rebellious group, "Phoenix", could be a group of Raloi who broke off from the other Raloi.

Geth shield boost is really the turret ability
