Cerberus Defectors: Seen on Jacob's mission, they probably have unique human armor and abilities.
Vorcha:  Self explanatory
Technically-skilled personnel: Male quarians, engineer, and infiltrator both tech saavy classes/

Umm... mainly because he wasn't posting anything new? The Quarian picture was posted several times, earlier in this topic, and the text of the operation has been analysed already in this and multiple other threads?

Well any thing of the list are things that I expected to multiplayer sooner or later. If you take the SP in mind there are a lot of possibilities. Aria mercs, ex-cerberus, volus and elcor and so on. At some point we may even have SP squadmates from past games(unlikely, but hey...). Maps on several locations on Earth near monuments would be cool, like Eiffel Tower on Paris, the Big Ben on London with the Earth resistence or the take back of earth on the final push. 

 I could say that all of this as leaked but i have no pics or proof, so I will wait for a oficial annoucement. But I wait of a a Volus on a mini-atlas or a Elcor as a organic battle tank on multiplayer. Protheans as Phoenix would mess up the story that as been between SP and MP, but i would take it anyways.

Serious, people belive what you will, but do not create a huge hype to rage if it not true. Just because it likely and someone say  its legit dont make of a lack of facts and proof.

Well Elcor are impossible, due to being unable to hold a gun, and Volus are unlikely, so the only probable races for MP are Prothean and Vorcha.

Of ME3 SP a Elcor diplomat on the embassies say that elcor carry heavy weapons on their back to the battle i belive. But nothing is complety impossible if you try to make it work. That was not the point anyway.

Will be so disappointed if Phoenix = Cerberus. The Cerberus you fight in game seems to be huskified humans, and if I'm not mistaken the Codex says Nemeses and Phantoms are modified too. So Cerberus classes would just be normal humans with recycled abilities and slightly different textured armor. And "Phoenix" symbolism doesn't really fit with Cerberus deserters at all, something rising from the ashes implies rebirth, resurrection, not rebellion.

I see... It would change the game a lot, but there was ways to make it work. Like a shield mode that negate damage for cover, heavy weapons gain caractristics from the weapons or even new ones.
But I will drop it to end off-topic.

Anyways, i see what Bioware was done with this tread it a win win for them. If the leak is true it creates hype, if it not it keep people intested and helps understand what the players want to see and think.

We currently have 31 characters, 13 humans...
By December 2013 Mass Effect 3 MP will contain 121 characters, 93 of them human.

I remember reading in a codex entry, a journal or something about the Asari discovering a minor race of avian humanoids having to wear enviro-suits similar to the Quarians when off their home world. Its probably not gonna be the 'Phoenix' classes, but the name reminded me of this.

It would be weird if filler races for codex start showing up on MP out of the blue. Most of this races would not ever fight the Reapers because aperantelly they are not advanced enough. Like the hanar had conctact with protheans and their did not went extint when the reapers show up, most the other races survivied too.
