Reapers. They're Sovereign style Reapers that someone has bizarrely shrunk down to fit several into the picture.

I call BS for that PS3 post, just regurgitated what we already know.
For those on XBox 360, dlc/expansions only get released on Tuesdays so unlikely PS3 will get 1 week earlier than Xbox 360.

Also CRUCIALLY a trailer hasn't been released or confirmation from Bioware for this Rebellion Dlc!!!

You understand that the PS3 store is operated by Sony Online Entertainment, right? It's not a fan site or anything.

asia.sony.com is official Sony marketplace website.. Sony wouldn't add stuff to their marketplace if it wasn't real but they can MAKE MISTAKES ON RELEASE DATES

Explain then why isn't the rebellion dlc info on uk.playstation.com or us.playstation.com???

Its asia, someones obviously jumped the gun and made a bold but wrong prediction.

And like I said before why would PS3 get the dlc 1 week before X360?

He does have a point though. Xbox updates their marketplace on Tuesday. It is not on the marketplace today. Arcade stuff gets added on Wednesday. I somewhat doubt Playstation would get theirs a week early.

As much as I want that to be true, someone must have jumped the gun. The US PS Blog reveals what's up for download in advance every week, and it was not announced this week. And PS Store updates Tuesdays as well.

Though more likely they messed up the release date, just because it says tomorrows date doesnt mean its instantly false.

It is asia's store and asia and europe usually get updates and the last dlc on their wednesday since the dlc's launch PST.

As for no confirmation they could be releasing it as a surprise as to draw people in by random unheard of (to those who dont read the forums) dlc.

I kind of doubt it's true, but i want it to be...I want to play with my darn male quarians lol.

im going to say the release will probably be next Tuesday(most likely) or the Tuesday after that... no later. the vorcha want in the fight... and i dont see them as the patient type...

You really are clutching onto straws, aren't you? Doesn't make any business sense.

Its perfectly fine to release a trailer, build up excitement/hype, thousands of people grinding extra credits over the weekend, putting other games to the side, ignoring newly released titles, buy/save for ms points ready to purchase packs once the dlc is released. Then people whining there not getting any new chracters because bioware screwed up the packs, again. Don't people learn?

I know there has already been a lot of debate regarding this. Some people say its Protheans, BUT if the Phoenix were Protheans, then why wouldn't the official Sony description say Prothean. Instead, it clearly says Phoenix. To me, this points to something else entirely. Speculation of course.

It's likely that 5/16 was the original release date for Rebellion, but it was pushed back at some point. Every DLC store that was waiting to reveal their entry for Rebellion would have updated the release date, but Sony neglected to do that on the Asian version of their website, hence the unexpected leak with an incorrect date.

They probably use a CMS system. Someone inputted the data with publish dates... Then today happened and Presto!

hey im not clutching on straws, its just a possibility..Also yes its uncommon practice in the gaming industry , but when up against arguably one if the most anticipated games of the hear, why not try crazy ??

and look at resurgance, after the trailer the forums flooded with threads of "ive saved up X million credits" and they might want to combat that but as dumb as it sounds...people are willing to spend real money if they dont have credits so they can get new stuff fast....and catching the public off guard could possibly get more bioware points sold and packs bought...yes its a real stretch and would be more stupid than ballsy...but people be crazy nowadays lol

Again, this is NOT SOME FANSITE.  It's Sony's site.  Not a fansite.  A major company like that wouldn't "make a bold but wrong prediction".

Deal with it.

You do know Asia is a different market right? And this is Hong Kong region Sony site. Xbox might dominate deals whatever in U.S. or some western countries. But it is possible for Sony to get a deal in Asia. I don't work for Sony or anything so I am just speculating, but don't think you are that smart either making assumptions that you are absolutely right. And this could more likely that the release date is wrong. Just like how I was waiting for games like Max Payne 3 and Ghost Recon to come out a year ago and Best buy/gamestop both had a release date but it turn out the games were delayed. The same can happen here.
