Tested it. It's beyond bad. Full clip into a gold geth hunter's head and that just about knocks his shields off, that's with extended barrel V.

With one clip and mostly headshots you can down...get this...1 3/4 geth troopers on gold.

M-90 Indra Sniper Rifle is from a limited Alienware giveaway.
There are no requirements other than registering for their site and hitting a button.
They have a count of "keys available" which appears to be BS because the number is about the same now as it was the day I got mine.

Was the first sniper I used in my infiltrator playthrough, until I eventually realised that nearly everything else was better than it...

No comment on the incisor, I haven't touched it yet tbh.

in single player it was pretty good. I played the entire game with just that weapon and preferring it over the BW, this was just normal and not insanity though but dont think it would change much.

The giveaway is only in SP, but hasn't there been YT videos of multiplayer gameplay? Haven't seen those myself though, maybe I should go watch it.

Until now, the Indra was SP and PC exclusive. Which seems to have changed today although it doesn't seem to be related to the Alienware promo, since at least someone has it on 360. (Have mine on PC and did the Alienware promo, so I have it in SP as well)

The PSP have been pulled it seems - maybe it was an error? But I can't believe they would accidentally release it.

That's just so flipping aggravating.  We already have enough weapons that aren't worth their rarity in MP, and now they add another, and it's an N7 to boot.  I haven't gotten an N7 in a disturbingly long time, and now I have a feeling I'm going to get this with my next one.  Joy!

 Interesting...If you look at the HTML source for the manifest pages, you can see links to the weapon images.  
For example, the Javelin:
na.llnet.bioware.cdn.ea.com/u/f/eagames/bioware/social/game2webaxis/images/masseffect3/icons/multiplayer/guns/SniperRifle_Javelin.png

Replace Javelin with Indra, and voila:
na.llnet.bioware.cdn.ea.com/u/f/eagames/bioware/social/game2webaxis/images/masseffect3/icons/multiplayer/guns/SniperRifle_Indra.png

So, it does appear to exist somewhere, but maybe only available as a glitch...

Yes that code will give you access to the sniper rifle in SP.  However it looks like the gun was indeed form Tangster's video added to MP as a N7 weapon....god help us all.
