I got the victory pack at 3pm and commendation pack at 5pm PST.

The same happen to me, i received the Victory Pack which consisted of some euipment no weapons or characters only equipment. Later on i received the Commendation pack which consisted a promotional weapon like my N7 Eagle.  In order to receive the Commendation you had to get a full extraction on GOLD with Ceberus enemy.


Is it one Commendation Pack per Full Extraction or one for completing it? because if its one per Extraction I'm missing two more.

No, according to Bioware, you get a commendation pack if you "Survive until extraction on any map and any enemy on Gold difficulty."

Still no commendation pack. Chicago here.

As long as you had a full extraction on Gold this weekend (and have feedback turned on) you're supposed to get one.

That's all Victory packs are. Commendation packs contain the weapons.

Need help,I got an error when receiving the victory pack, I restarted the game, logged in my account and now the victory pack is gone and I can't buy anything from the store at all (the purchase button is faded black)! Mods, if you are there, please help!

got my commendation pack finally. got it after chatting with EA support.

@Ro5man I suggest you contact EA support. They have been very helpful and has resolve the issues I have reported to them. One was the missing ME3 Soundtrack last March & now the commendation pack.
