I'm having this issue, too. I ran a speedtest, and I have a 15 ms ping, 12 M down, and .96 M up, so I don't think that the issue is due to a poor internet connection.

I have the same problem, one game crashed after finidhing, and after that i can even enter lobby, I can't host a match, and i can't join a match, also items instore dissapeared. (No premium specter packs).
It hapened even after the restast of game, computer and installation of patch.

Updated the game and now have the same issues.

I can join a game but after about 30 seconds it loses its connection.

After this I am unable to host or join another game until I close and reopen ME3.

played bronze challenge (before update) alone, won
went to the store saw a victory pack, took it (while a friend at the same time didn't get it yet)
also had the same issue with "missing" premium spectre packs after update
then tried to join his game which resulted inthe above issue (join works, then after about 30 secs i loose the connection)
i updated the game, my friend as well
same issue, same problem
i also cannot host a game
or join any game via the search button

i can verify that i have no connection problems (no package losses, no network card driver installation lately, etc.)

And I thought I was the only one. Same problem + more:
- premium spectre pack disappeared from store
- unable to gain experience
- unable to earn credits
- unable to spend skillpoints
- unable to buy packs
- it's very hard to find game online
- disconnect after the first wave, everytime

EA Origin screwed big time. I cannot even log in to their website or tech support. They knew they failed and probably turned off login system on purpose.

Same as przemko877, missing pack, disconnects, unable to find a game, the works.

Definitely can't be connection, went and tried Battlefield 3 and several games of that with no issues, which is ironic considering I had a lot of probelms with disconnects on that game as well at one point

Welll my game is normal, I cannot join on quick match, seems like there are no matches but I can host one, works normally, but after 30 secs +- all my party is gone and I'm alone. '-' Spectre pack also disappeared here. But I'm having no connection issues.

Maybe the server is under maintenance...

Same here. You get booted after the game starts, while not being able to damage some of the enemies (shot don't always register).

There was apparently a [small] patch today to fix a bug with the sound effect for reave. now a bunch of people can't actually play MP

got same problem here can't find a game, the sec i find a game i lost connection. try to create game it give me network connection error.

Waiting for another patch will take forever... I really hope there's something EA/Bioware can do server side to fix things, because I'm a major MP enthusiast, and this is killing my buzz... BIG TIME.

Ditto. Also, changing kit loadouts doesn't persist. So if you log in, swap gun A out for B, log back out, you'll still have gun A when you log back in.

Congratulations Bioware.

Not only you destroyed a game with one of the worst endings i've ever seen, but now you also messed up multiplayer. Don't want us to play your game? Simple, refund me of what i payed and i will gladly uninstall the game. It doesn't matter what i do anyways, nothing will change, so why bother?

I'm having similar issues.

My game was working fine as of about 5:30 central. 3 hours later at 8:30 central, I can't do anything multiplayer-related. In general there are no error messages, the game just does not access the network (it won't show the special packs, for example) and just hangs when trying to find a game. I have lost the XP and credits earned in my last game, and the only way to get an error message is to attempt hosting a game, when it will say "A network error has occurred" before it goes back to hanging on attempting to access the servers.

With no changes to my network, there was a short timeframe when starting the game would give me an error message that the EA servers were unavailable, followed by another error message that my DLC could not be downloaded.

The game has since gone back to the previous behavior of apperaing like it is functioning, but not actually able to do anything.

Bioware, could you at least post that you know there's a problem so we can stop worrying about it?

Another symptom, the leaderboards will only show your account.

Does anyone know if stats gained from private games will stick?

When I spoke with customer support, they'd let me in on the fact that they know the missing spectre packs and the inability to purchase items were "known issues" and that their teams are working on it. THis was roughly 3:40pm PST.

I know it's not much, but they are working on it, or so they say.

I have exaxtly the same issue. I claimed my victory pack, i also saw that premium spectre packs were available. I had enough currency so i bought one. the pack didn't arrive and it stopped me being able to join any games (which has happened half a dozen times before) so i closed ME3, reopened and ever since then I can't join or host a game that lasts more than the aforementioned 30 seconds. This issue has been going on all day, i tried again this evening, thinking it was probably a server error earlier that would be fixed by tonight. LoL, when will I learn that things are never that simple?
