same issue; started after I redeemed the victory pack. I hope this gets fixed soon. also did not receive my commendation pack for beating gold level.

I got my Victory Pack earlier and it was alright I continued to play with no problems, I also bought to premium packs, and the game was yet normal. The problems started when the premium pack disappeared from the store.

I think the problem is that we're suppose to receive the commendation pack for beating gold and instead they released the premium pack lol I think they're trying to fix it.

That can't be all though... Hard to imagine that enabling the wrong pack for purchase could disconnect thousands of players from their games. Then again, stranger things have happened.

Not enabling the wrong pack, but trying to disable it...somehow they manage to mess everything up. Is that so hard to believe?

Yeah I'm getting some problems as well as all of you.
~ premium spectre pack isn't in the store now (maybe its not suppose to be).
~ disconnects during the first wave.
~ unable to earn credits
~ unable to use skillpoints
~ unable to buy anything
~ takes forever to get in a game or for getting a full group.

EA/Origin/Bioware: please fix at your earliest conveniance. :)

It's pretty simple. Seems that accounts that accessed the victory pack have been somehow set to read-only. This means exactly what it implies. You cannot make any changes to the character (including respeccing, changing weapon loadout, use consumables etc) without the game stopping to respond after trying to host/joing anything. Even if you win a solo game, nothing on the character will be altered. It doesn't take rocket science to notice. My guess is that this was done intentionally until the sort the mess with the packs.

Same issue, don't know which thread to post on, I put my troubleshooting steps in this thread 3rd post.

I'm currently speaking with a tech support guy on the issue, we've tried the following

1. stopped some services: didn't work

4. did some mumbo jumbo from his side: didn't work

6. set processor affinity to 0: didn't work
7. looked at tracert to ea, sent streams of packets to verify speed test, all checked out ok

I did ask if there was any way to back out of a patch, but currently not available

It looks like I've stumped tech support so I'm going to try to reinstall the game to see what happens.

quick note: i was informed by the tech support guy to not reinstall as the game techs are furiously working on the issue and should have a solution up within 24/48 hours.

Guess i'll continue SP while I wait :P

Well,

when I have redeemed Victory pack 10 hours ago, game was fine. Run well, points could spent etc. But from now, I have same issues (PC):

I have exaxtly the same issue. I claimed my victory pack, i also saw that premium spectre packs were available. I had enough currency so i bought one. the pack didn't arrive and it stopped me being able to join any games (which has happened half a dozen times before) so i closed ME3, reopened and ever since then I can't join or host a game that lasts more than the aforementioned 30 seconds. This issue has been going on all day, i tried again this evening, thinking it was probably a server error earlier that would be fixed by tonight. LoL, when will I learn that things are never that simple?



Same issue here! Last night after a few succesful gold matches I got a victory pack, also credits were higher and the premium spectre pack appeared! So I purchased one, and then I purchased a regular spectre pack. That one didn't appear and after that I can no longer connect to any matches! Also I can't upgrade powers or change weapons, when I do they return back to where it was last night.
It's not just me then! Are they gonna fix this or what?

Same here.  Cannot join any games, cannot start online games.  Been playing daily for three weeks without issue, until this.

Sure hope somebody there is listening.  This is very frustrating.  Finally talked three friends into trying game, and it has completely fallen apart.

By the way, no interaction with Store at all.  Clean start of game, immediate failures in MP.

Debugging:  if I start game clean, and start a PRIVATE MP game, it works, as long as I never leave that game.  If I leave, or if I try anything else first, then all attempts to Create New Match sit on the Creating New Game... dialog forever.

Having pretty much same issues as every1 else, says connected, can't get into any games, leaderboard is blank etc etc

Edit: noticed many people saying problem started after patch, mine didn't auto-update so i manually searched for updates dl'd a 26mb patch but still having same problems so its mabye not connected to patch.  Damn can't play SP cos ending destroyed my motivation, now they cut me off from MP Image IPB

+1. Glad to hear it's being looked in to. I'd just gotten my Geth SMG loaded onto my Turian soldier. I thought maybe the RoF crashed the system ;)

Are you working on other platforms too? This issue affects even Xbox version.
