Multiplayer Problem: Hard to connect to games then loses connection after about 30 seconds

I cannot connect to mp match too.
I cannot buy packs.
It's happening after I received the victory pack.
Could you fix it, please.

Glad you are looking into it, any progress on the rest of the mp connection issues that have been occuring ever since resurgence launched (and before that)? There are ALOT of posts about it in the appropriate threads.

Yup. C'mon guys, I don't know what gremlins jumped into your system and started wrecking everything, but stop feeding them at midnight and throwing them in the pool.

I never jumped onto the "Mass Effect 3 ending sucked" bandwagon, but I'm starting to jump onto the "EA and Bioware are shooting themselves in the foot" bandwagon.

Maybe while you're at it, just wipe my N7 score to 0 and take away all my ultra rares and promotional items too, I mean, I'm only a little upset; You can do better!

Same issue. Picked up the pack reward from winning gold matches, and bought a few premium spectre packs, tried to buy another and it just took the 99k without refunding it once the error started to occur. After that I did try again later but actually had the credits refunded but cannot buy any packs. can't join matches and when rarely I did the 1st wave would start and then soon after connection was lost, ie everyone running place.

Personally all this does is just ****** me off more that there's not other ways to improve galactic readiness except multiplayer if you don't have an IOS device. so bioware fix this quick, then roll out some Android versions of the handheld games.

Bioware - please consider making staff posts more visibly different than a small logo in a column where every poster has different artwork. The logo blends in very well among all of the avatars unless you very slowly go through every page looking for it. It would be much less frustrating if there were an easy-to-see differently-colored backround. Lots of other companies do something similar, and it would make it easy for customers to see when you've actually acknowledged a given problem. This, in turn, might prevent angry customers, which might earn you more income!

(Note that this is not an attack at the quoted post, I'm just quoting it as an example of a post that should be easy to find, but isn't particularly.)

I just received a response from EA (I sent a message to technical support yesterday). They don't have 100% sure (LOLLLL), but it seems that these problems are only happening to the players who attended the event last weekend.

I've opened Victory Pack as soon as it was possible and I saw new Premium Specter Packs. I was really suprised but I didn't get Commedation Pack - me and my friends won a Gold at 28 april (I've got a photo with a date at my Steam as a proof) but I was thinking that the prize will be later. Next day (today 2 may) I've launched ME3 and I'm unable to play multi too as you all. So what's going on? Still have a message "network error occur".
I can't be a host, can't join any game. But some of my friends can play multi. Is there a solution?

no solution at all.. they say because we attened the event last weekend that is why we can't play now...so i guess it is a punishment for us who played on weekend instead spend time with our family :<

Same issue here, also I cannot go to leaderboards or buy something in the store. Internet connection is fine by the way, have been doing other stuff on it all day.

the "event" thing is bogus.

I was at NO event last weekend - no idea there even was some kind of event - whatever that was.  

I did play a couple hours on a map about 2 weeks ago and had no problems at all at that time.

I can connect to a multi-player game for 30 secs or so. I am then still in the map, but my shots go through enemies, and team-mates don't move. After another 15-20 seconds I get "connection lost" message and drop to the lobby. I am then unable to connect to ANY multiplayer games - it shows only a perpetual "searching". Logging out and/or exiting the game has no effect on my ability to connect.

If I REBOOT, I can then experience the same joy of 30 seconds of gaming.

Also, buying in store fails - don't remember that exact msg.

Playing over 12mbps DSL - currently measuring about 10.5MB DOWN and 900 UP

This has exactly nothing to do with any "event".

Bump, same problem ... for what it's worth, I normally played with expanded fov in my coalesced.bin ... even with bog standard configuration it keeps losing connection though. The game is really slow on the uptake as far as connection problems is concerned, you generally know minutes before the game that the connection is lost.

I just tried 2 runs and on both I froze within minutes and then after a few seconds it says Connection lost.

No aditional issues til now, I'm hosting a gold level match and we went through a whole match w/o no glitches/bugs or disconnects.
