I've played 4 matches at Gold and everything is OK. But still don't have Commedation Pack - where is my prize for winning a Gold at Operation Exorcist? Anybody had it?

Just played a whole game, but still no commendation pack
Edit: Also had the Reave sound bug the whole game, thought the patch fixed that?
