[Miss Trips]

I downloaded a few mods that jazzed up the shapeshifting specialization and decided to start a Dalish mage (again another mod to let you be any class/race/origin combo) that specialized in opening a fight with CC and shapeshifting to join the fray.

I read in the descriptions that spellpower makes the shifted forms more powerful, but will I need to pump up Dexterity to increse my hit chances with my shifted attacks?  Or does spellpower also handle that?
