I never got my victory pack or my commendation pack. So, it is not just about the packs.

the issue for me only started when they took the PSP's down, 2 hours before that i opened my victory pack and had no issue's

Someone at Bioware, must have pick the destory ending of the extended ending DLC....After the stargazer and kid scene...the servers go down and no one can play Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer ever again or get their victory pack.

It can work for me, but sometimes I/the host get disconnected. I still haven't received the victory pack.

Just tried to get a game and am completely locked out. I did open the victory pack and a couple of psps last night. I also havent received my raptor commendation pack yet despite calls to ea support. This is a joke of a service.

Communication has never been their big suit. I'd expect that at some point they'd realize that it might make sense to have a locked sticky thread saying "We're looking into it, we know X Y Z. We'll post another update at XX:XX:XX PST, even if its just to let you know we're still working on it".
THEN post a reply to that thread at XX:XX:XX PST with another update, and when we can expect a status update.
It would cut down on the noise on this board tremendously.

I'm going to play gears of war 3. Because epic knows how to run their stuff right. Look at that! I hit connect to a match and it did! And look at all these game types. And versus. And horde. And multiplayer campaign. So much to do! Not just sp and Mp that doesn't work. You should call up epic and ask for help.

Hate to be pesky, but when you say multiplayer matches are up and running, do you mean you've actually completed a game?
Those of us on PC at least are able to connect to a game lobby after we restart the whole game, but we can't get past wave 1 without getting dropped.
