Well, that explains all my issues with trying to get a match in.  And here I was hoping to actually try out my Geth Infiltrator I just unlocked a little over an hour ago.

I was doing okay but it was taking forever to fill a game, got one done but after that I would get disconnected at lobby right after everyone readies up, then couldn't get anyone to join the game, cause i assume its broken for them, and now i just cant make it work at all so im just killing time.

I have a group of friends that seem to be able to play just fine...so I guess EA just decided that we're not good enough to play anymore. REALLY unacceptable issue. And no message or update from BioWare/EA on the main game screen.

Got dropped from a game, went to go find another and it just got stuck on the 'Looking for game' message. Restarted the game after checking forums to see if others were having issues... then downloaded the patch and started the game up again. Connected to a game. Got dropped 3 minutes into the first wave. Tried, again, to connect to another lobby but still no go.

So here I am, whining about it to you guys

Joined a bronze game in progress at wave 3 half an hour ago. People were dropping out and new players were joining every wave. The entire squad turned over by wave 6 when the host dropped.

Of the people who were in Wave 3, I was the only one who made it out alive. Thanks to Old Bessie, I guess.

I just managed to play a Gold match, but we wiped on Wave 8. Glitches up the wazoo, it was impossible to react. Anyways, I have access at least now.

The Commendation Packs had hidden bombs in them that killed the server.

I can't search for games, but can create matches sometimes but no-one can stay in the lobby for more than a few seconds, I can run solo matches I guess ... whee.

Bioware 1: Hmmm we seem to be having issues with the multiplayer
Bioware 2: maybe we should make a post that we are looking into the problem
Bioware 1: no, let them make up thier own reasons, it will deflect some of the blame from us onto thier isps
Bioware 2: cool, i'm heading out to grab a beer.

Tried again after putting laundry in; minutes into the first wave and I get dropped.

But it's funny because it's like you get stuck in a wax museum. The Krogan Sentinel froze mid-shot and the particles looked so pretty floating around the muzzle...

Edit: And I feel guilted into not trying Gold matches for a few days, or at least until my faith in the connection has been restored. When it first happened I'd assumed everyone in the match got booted. Glad I'd only been trying to join Silver matches, because I'd hate to leave people hanging on Gold.
