I'm locked out of multiplayer as well on the 360. When I try to create a match, I get network error occured and I when I can connect to a match, I'm not in there for more than 5 minutes. I did open a victory pack at about 9am yesterday morning, and saw the premium spectre pack. I still find it really stupid that I can access the store and my characters but I can't even create a match to do solo or even join any others. I hope this issue gets fixed sooner rather than later.

Every time I try to start a game and it freezes in the first round and the other players start walking through the air the song lyrics "i'm walking on sunshine" pop into my head right before I am promptly disconnected.

I opened the victory pack the other day when it was available and I was able to play just fine until I quit and then tried to play again later. Even if I somehow manage to get into a lobby, once the game starts I appear to lag out 30 seconds later.

got home from work w/ 2.5 hours of overtime...then the Horror!!  Still cant access multi-Player! 

Looks like Im back for Battlefield 3 then...Rush Mode.

A summary of the issue:

1) Generally the people whom bought premium specter packs and/or opened their victory pack have issues with multiplayer right now.

2) Those whom logged on later on during Tuesday saw no Premium Specter Packs in the store nor did they see any Victory Pack. These people are allowed to play on ME3 online right now without issue.

I myself fit into the 2nd category. I have been able to keep playing ME3 multi yesterday and today. I have played today for 3 hours in a row without any connection issues or seeing anyone become disconnected from the games, no quitters (luckily), etc. Full complete games 3 hours in a row.

The multiplayer issues are tied somehow to the premium specter packs and/or the victory packs and whatever on earth else happened on tuesday morning.

Interesting thing of note: Facing cerberus there are many more phantoms right now (gold primarily). Upwards of 4 phantoms at a time (possibly more?) but more consistently Team vs 2/3 phantoms on many occassions during the same wave. I've played ME3 multi 5 days out of the week and the difference in the quantity of phantoms is Very Very obvious. In fact it is not as much fun right now facing Cerb due to the massive cloning of these poor ninja girls.

No Victory Pack or anty other, no patch = game not working. Patch applaied fre minutes ago = game still not working. And i don't see any Packs avaiable = should be 2 waiting for me. Most luck i had = 1 silver game half of first wave, can't even host to solo :/ And thats my free play night becouse tomorow is holiday in Poland. At least Witcher2 working

Well, BioWare may learn a bigger lesson in Economics from all this in the long run. Specifically how customer service issues and public relations misfires can effect revenue.  
 
BioWare has had a rocky couple of months when this could have been an time of basking in the glow of great achievements.
 
Time will be the only true measure of how the impacts of these decisions play out in the long run.

to the idiots who are saying its due to the fact that people opened their victory packs that they can't play both me and my friend didn't open them (he logged on late enough in the day it didn't even show up in his store) so ffs just stop saying that's the cause cuz obviously it's not. whatever is the cause is bs though, it's ashame that a company as successful and big as bioware could have so little of their sh!t together...does somebody in their company need demoted/fired or what? jeez
