1) You're in the minority then, bud. Most people either opened the packs or did not and either cannot or can play, respectively. Thats still the best prediction for whats going on.

2) Its a problem on EA's part (servers), not Bioware.

The only weird thing is that this is an unusual time to have a 24 hours long issue that only effects a portion of the community.

• Store - You cant buy anything atm
• Game - Hard to find a game
• In-game - After round 1, everyone got kicked out

I'm having an issue where the Bioware Server is asking me to register my game/w online pass. Now, I pre-ordered, and have a 600+ multiplayer acc, so I know it's not me. In addition, prior to this error I have been unable to connect to the multiplayer or have been kicked out after a round or two.

Not angry, not really peeved (my finals have that emotion locked down atm), but I will appreciate the solution when it comes.

Good luck Bioware people, and my sympathy for the grief going down about now :/

I just got into a game and had zero problems. This is the first ive gotten into since yesterday, so hopefully its all coming back together on Biowares end.

I actually doubt this is a bug or a glitch and find it more likely that Bioware adjusted some setting that is preventing multiplayer from working for a large portion of the playerbase. As has been pointed out the majority of the people who've been affected either opened a Victory Pack or bought a Premium Spectre Pack in the brief time these two things were available. Of note, the PSP was giving away Indras which it was clearly not intended to do.

Now, all of the issues seem to be related to things updating in multiplayer. For instance, if you restart your game you can generally join 1 match, but after the first round ends you get dropped and can't join any more matches. Also, you can load up the leaderboard the first time you try, but after running a game and getting dropped it no longer loads. Similarly you can run through a game by yourself but the credits you earn go away after you do anything else.

My guess is they screwed up something in the distribution, likely the Indra, and their fix ended up locking out anyone who got a VP or PSP during that time. It's pretty frustrating that they didn't even acknowledge the issue till today either.

Anyone else notice that the moment one of the sources of revenue for the game go down, it's a goddamn emergency that must be taken seriously, but when it's people getting black-screens, single-player glitches and in-game, game spoiling glitches, they seem to slow down a little?

Just wanted to get that out in the open. At least you know it won't take over 2 months to only be partially fixed...

I was having this problem yesterday evening and then today until around 2:40 CST. Seems to be working fine now, and Premium Spectre Packs appear to be back! Yay for credit hoarding!

I am going to play risen 2...ME3 is a waste of time.I can't join a game or if I join the game I lose the connection after 5 min.I can't buy anything. If I play alone I will not receive credits or something else , so why bother?

360: PSP is back, was able to purchase recruit pack (was low on money), going to try MP

When is Bioware gonna fix its broken gaming community? The whining and entitlement?

Purchasable content is what keeps the patches and player events coming, just the way it is. I never even thought I'd TOUCH the multiplayer and it turned out to be addictive.
